Please read the journal! It's happened time and time again where I've had people ask for customs when it says in the journal customs will not be available. If you're not sure if customs are open or not, check the VERY TOP of the journal, it will say so there! If you're STILL not sure, feel free to ask! I know my commission slots go fast, but it doesn't take long to read. So please, to prevent future heartbreak, read the journal and the rules! I feel this had to be said because I'm going to open commissions soon, and I don't want people to have their hearts broken! Thanks, -Red
